Executive Assistant/Registrar
This position is 32 hours per week spread over five days. These hours apply to 42 weeks of the year, made up of 40 weeks of the school year plus two weeks of school holiday time throughout the year. This role is paid as an LSO Grade 4 as per the Lutheran Schools SA Enterprise Agreement:
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant/Registrar is employed as a support person within the school and is required to provide assistance to the Principal, Board Chair and Leadership team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a cooperative and collaborative working relationship with all staff.
- Assistant to the Principal and Board Chair.
- Administrative support for senior leadership staff.
- Support with highly confidential meetings, minutes and document management.
- Managing enrolments from entry to exit including transition into the school and liaising with external parties and health professionals.
- Event management.
- Communications and calendar management.
- Assisting with first aid as required.
- Other duties as deemed appropriate for the role.
