Last Friday the Connect group hosted Assembly as part of Reconciliation Week 2023. The children confidently showcased their Acknowledgment of Country, identified their connection to the land, shared their own thoughts about Reconciliation, participated in a Kaurna song and invited the Senior and Junior choir to sing ‘From Little Things, Big Things Grow’. We thank Diane from SPLASH for her willingness to share her own story and journey with our Connect group and wider school at our Assembly.  It was wonderful to see so many families attend in person and online.

Thank you to our Connect children and their families for their support and assistance with the lead up to this special day.

In Week 7 we will be launching the St Paul Lutheran School Reconciliation Action Plan ( RAP).

As part of this day, we would like to set up a mini gallery with collected artefacts, artworks, objects and documents that relate to First Nations histories and cultures.
